ZAN guarantees that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover misuse, improper handling, or natural wear resulting from daily use.
The 16% tax is not included in the quoted prices.
Manufacturing begins once the payment is received. The estimated production period is 2 to 3 weeks.
Delivery will be completed within ten working days after the manufacturing process is finalized.
Any adjustment in quantity, specifications, or payment terms may result in changes to pricing and delivery dates.
Custom-made items are produced according to the client’s specifications. These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their personalized nature.
Delivery within Amman may include a service fee depending on location. International shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and logistics requirements.
Order cancellations must be submitted before production begins. Once manufacturing starts, cancellation is no longer possible.
